For international homebuyers, Miami is a great value compared to other cities around the United States and the world.
There are approximately 17,000 units in Miami in presale, sold or under construction. About 3,500 of those will be completed in 2016. According to Alicia Cevera Lamadrid, Managing Partner of Cevera Real Estate, prices of condos have continued to rise since 2011. “It’s a healthy growth,” said Lamadrid.
