Retail developers are concentrating on various forms of retail malls across Florida
The only new enclosed mall on course to open in Florida is The Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota. It features strong anchor tenants Saks Fifth Ave, Dillards and Macys along with 125 other stores and restaurants.
