George Haywood becomes newest member of directors board at Fannie Mae

George Haywood has been appointed to the board of directors for Fannie Mae's Compensation Committee and the Strategic Initiatives and Technology Committee. Haywood has been a self-employed private investor since 1998. From 1982 to 1994, Haywood worked at Lehman Brothers and from 1994 to 1998, he served as director of Corporate and High Yield Bond Investments for Moore Capital Management. Haywood is currently a member of the board of Denny’s Corp., where he serves as a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.
