Phillips Edison buys $24m Florida retail plaza from Dallas-based vendor

Dallas-based Phillips Edison & Company has closed on the purchase of the Winter Springs Town Center retail plaza for $24.87 million. Located at 160 East State Route 434, the two story 115,767 square foot asset rests in Winter Springs, approximately 12 miles Northeast of downtown Orlando. Anchored by a Publix super market, other national brands in the center include Edward Jones, GNC, Great Clips, Quest Diagnostics, Subway, UPS and Zoo Health Club. John Bell, managing director of brokerage firm Transwestern, marketed the property and represented the seller, an unidentified Dallas-based group
