A partnership between National Real Estate Advisors and Boston-based The HYM Investment Group have secured a $250 million construction loan. The funding will be used for the development of a 46-story luxury residential skyscraper, the first phase of the Bulfinch Crossing project in Boston. Once completed, the 480-foot tower, located at 100 Sudbury St., will become the city's tallest for-rent residential building in the city.
