A joint venture between PCCP LLC and The Bainbridge Companies broke ground on Bainbridge St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The 276-unit, class A multifamily community will feature 102 one-, 138 two- and 36 three-bedroom units. The 17-acre property will include 442 surface parking spaces and 36 detached garages housed in 10 three-story buildings. Located 13 miles south of downtown Jacksonville, the scheme is near the University of North Florida. Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, game room, dog park and a deck overlooking a pond. The deal marks the first project between PCCP and Bainbridge. “The project will have excellent access across to employers in the Southside market and will occupy a key site at the doorstep of UNF,” said John Randall, PCCP’s senior vice president. “Our company philosophy is building quality housing in growth markets.”
