The Hampshire Companies has closed on the $51m disposition of a recently completed industrial building in Totowa, New Jersey. Situated on 26 acres, the single-story 382,596 sq ft building changed hands for just over $133 per sq ft. Located off Interstate 80 and less than 13 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike, the facility provides easy access to the rest of northern New Jersey and New York City. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller. “We continue to see investor interest in high quality and well-located industrial assets throughout the state,” said Jose Cruz, senior managing director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. “This closing completes the acquisition of the portfolio.”
