The first phase of Aravilla Clearwater will feature 84 units and 95 beds in a 65,000 sq ft facility. A second phase will add a three-story, 105,000 sq ft assisted living center that will connect to the memory care community. Small Brothers’ sister company, Cleveland Construction, will build the facility, based on a design by Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2020.
