Rosenthal Properties has acquired an industrial building in Lorton, Virginia, for $9.9m. The 35,000 sq ft facility features multiple dock-high and drive-in loading doors as well as a paved outdoor storage lot and 24-foot clear ceiling heights. The property is currently fully leased to Carpet, Binding & Fringing and DPR Construction. The building also provides easy access to Interstate 95 and the Fairfax County Parkway. “Northern Virginia is a supply-constrained market with limited investment opportunities. We are fortunate to have acquired this off-market opportunity as we continue to grow our industrial investment portfolio,” said Glenn Rosenthal, president of Rosenthal Properties.
