Nova Capital Partners has purchased Midtown Centre, a 31-building office park, in Jacksonville, Florida, for $31.5m. The property occupies 48 acres in the city's largest office submarket in Southside. Currently 62 percent leased, the 750,176 sq ft office complex is home to a mix of local and national tenants, including multiple government and non-profit agencies. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, the Dubon Group, a private investor, and procured the buyer.

“Given the unique nature of the deal and the vintage of the buildings, our team executed a creative marketing effort on behalf of the seller,” said Robbie McEwan, senior director at JLL. “We were pleased to be able to deliver results for our client on an asset that required a buyer with a long-term vision and plan.”
