Fairfield Residential paid $141m for a 496-unit apartment scheme in Ashburn, Virginia. The seller was Northwestern Mutual. Completed in 2014, Atley on the Greenway has 40 units designated as affordable. Property amenities include two swimming pools, poolside barbecue and picnic areas, a TV lounge and a gourmet demonstration kitchen and dining area. JLL negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller and also procured the buyer.
