Prism Multifamily Group pays $47m for 72 West apartment complex

Prism Multifamily Group has paid $47m for 72 West, a 291-unit apartment complex in Tamarac, Florida. Located just outside of Fort Lauderdale, the complex, which was built in 1987, encompasses nine buildings. Common amenities include a fitness center, a business center and two clubhouses with swimming pools. The seller, The Embassy Group, was represented by Berkadia during the transaction.
