Ashcroft Capital buys Amber Lakes for $49m

Ashcroft Capital buys Amber Lakes, a 278-unit apartment complex in the Orlando area, from Aspen Square Management for $49m. The property traded for $176,259 per unit. Amenities include a fitness center, two swimming pools, a sundeck, a lakeside beach and a dog park. Berkadia represented the seller and secured $36.8 million in acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
