Sitting on a 10.71-acre site in the Sarasota Bradenton Airport Industrial Sector, the building features a five-bay covered loading dock with sensor-controlled, roll-up doors for forklift operations, a large paved area for truck or trailer parking, a guard house at the truck entrance along with an eight-foot perimeter fence around the entire parcel. The asset, built in 1989, was sold by Lenrock Services.
