Southwest Airlines will double its nonstop destinations from San Jose to Hawaii by adding the islands of Kauai and Hawaii, the Big Island, at Kona to its schedule in January, the airline announced Thursday. The airline plans to add a Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Sunday flight to Lihue on Kauai beginning Jan. 19, 2020, and a Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday flight to Kona on Jan. 21, 2020.
